Renovation of an educational facility in Emigration Canyon, Utah. Working plans call for the renovation of a 385,000-square-foot educational facility.
Project has been cancelled The initial contract will be for services provided during the design phase. Once a final scope of services is identified for the construction phase for commissioning, a change order will be negotiated for these services. If an acceptable fee cannot be negotiated, another SFC for commissioning services will be issued for the construction period. There is no representation or assurance that the entity awarded the services for the design phase will be issued a contract for the construction phase. Phase II also includes a proposed daycare and office space with the intent of replacing several services currently offered on the site with buildings that better suit student and staff needs. Unit mixes have been based off the Phase I and modified to meet proforma needs of the UU. The intent is that Building C2 be permitted first with substantial completion of July 2025, along with the CUP and the other two buildings complete in late Dec 2025 through a design/build process for the project. Bldg C2-153,763 SF Height 55\'6 ft-Type VA. The Daycare Bldg, Type 5B, 7265 SF 24.7ft high, and will be substantially complete in Dec 2025. E Bldg is 223,469 SF, Type 1A below the podium, Type 3B above the podium and 74ft in height. CUP is type VB, 2oft high and 1686 SF. R2 occupancy for Bldg C and E, Daycare is 1-4, CUP is occupancy U. Total sf is 385,000 and construction costs are $150,000,000.
