Renovation of an educational facility in Casper, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Provide labor & material for a complete epoxy floor project per plans provided by GSG. Subcontractors are responsible for any permits and inspections required for the division you are bidding and must coordinate with the AHJ. Removal and disposal of all items and debris is the subcontractor's responsibility. Construction manager will not provide dumpster. This project may require after hours work. Subcontractors agree to work any additional hours required to maintain schedule and to not impact other trades. No work can commence in the building until 6/8/2023 and all work must be completed by 8/26/2023 NO PRE-BID MEETING The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids or any bid or to waive any irregularities in any bid, or to accept any bid which will best serve the interests of the Owner. Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the bid total shall be submitted with proposals at time of bid. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required from the successful bidders. All current Wyoming Preference Acts, Statutes and Laws shall be in effect.
