All questions must be made in writing and submitted via email to raemarie.walker@waterandsewer.org no later than 12/28/2022 at 4:30 P.M. in order to be considered. SWSC through its Chief Procurement Officer, is seeking bids from qualified Contractors/Vendors for Liquid Chlorine. The Liquid Chlorine will be used in the disinfection of treated municipal drinking water. The Springfield Water and Sewer Commission (hereafter; "SWSC" or the "Commission"), through its Chief Procurement Officer, is seeking bids from qualified Contractors/Vendors for Liquid Chlorine. The Liquid Chlorine will be used in the disinfection of treated municipal drinking water. The selected vendor will supply the SWSC on an as needed basis during the term of this agreement to various SWSC locations. The Vendor shall provide a gradation analyses and other documentation needed to illustrate that the materials meet the specifications. The term of the Contract shall be for One (1) Year. The amount of the contract will be for an amount not to exceed $250,000.00. The Chief Procurement Officer/designee reserves the right to reject any and all proposals if it is in the best interest of the SWSC to do so.
