Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Sandy, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The purpose of this Request for Bid is to solicit competitive bids from qualified contractors for construction work at Oakdale Elementary / Canyons School District (CSD) per attached SOW documents. It is anticipated that this RFB may result in a contract awarded to a qualified contractor for services as defined further in the solicitation. This RFB is designed to provide interested contractors with sufficient basic information to submit bids meeting minimum requirements, but is not intended to limit a bid's content or exclude any relevant or essential data. All bid preparation costs and any associated activities related to this RFB are the sole responsibility of the Supplier. The bidding contractor must be properly licensed to do business in the State of Utah. The bidding Supplier must be properly licensed to do business in the State of Utah. Question Cuttoff Date & Time 1/19/2023 10:00:00 PM (ET) West side sidewalk Remove 180 SF of concrete (6" thick) Cut down and remove tree Grind stump and roots where the new side walk will go Install 180 SF of new concrete (6" thick) East side sidewalk Remove all of the sidewalk, 2175 SF of 6" thick concrete Add 2175 SF of weed barrier to where the sidewalk was located Add 2175 SF of gravel to match the existing gravel
