The guaranty accompanying the bid proposal shall be given in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the maximum delivered price, but not to exceed twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) and may be given at the option of the bidder by a certified check or a bid bond from a reputable insurance company licensed in the State of New Jersey. Access to the park is from Mannino Park Drive, off of Old Bridge-Matawan Road (County Route 516), which provides access to the following existing site features: the Old Bridge Family YMCA, two natural illuminated baseball fields, a playground, dog park, pickleball courts, associated parking areas and stormwater retention pond. The proposed construction will include, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Clearing of site. 2.
