**AMEND 2 - INCORPORATE NOTES AND QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS (Q&As) THAT RESULTED FROM THE SITE VISIT, WHICH OCCURRED ON 18 JANUARY 2023 ** * AMEND 1 - INCORPORATE SF-1442 FORM, CHANGE THE PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE AND NUMBER OF DAYS TO COMMENCE WORK * THE REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) FOR THE SUBJECT PROJECT IS HEREBY ATTACHED, WHICH TAKES PRECEDENCE OVER THE SYNOPSIS, LAST UPDATED ON 5 JANUARY 2023. AS SUCH, BOTH THE PSC CODE AND BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD HAVE BEEN CORRECTED HEREIN. The RFQ is in accordance with the procedures set forth in Parts 13 and 36 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). The quote due date and time is 25 January 2023 at 2:00 PM Eastern Time. All submissions must comply with the requirements set forth in the RFQ document along with all applicable attachments (4 total). This project consists of; but is not limited to; contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials to remove and replace existing Grundfos Variable Speed Packaged Pumping System (4-pumps) and Control Panel, demo and dispose of Peabody Pump and controls, associated piping, and appurtenances, to maintain water pressure. This will include demo (and disposal), electrical, plumbing, and controls. Upon completion of installation, testing and training will also be required as well as any and all tasks reflected in the attached Statement of Work/Specification document and/or Drawings. Project duration shall be approximately 180 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). This procurement is set aside 100% for Small Business concerns. The applicable NAICS code is 237110 and the PSC code is Z2NE with a small business size standard of $36.5M. The magnitude of the construction estimated cost range is $25,000.00 - $100,000.00. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on 18 January 2023 at 10:00 AM Central time at The Blanchard Springs Cavern Visitor Center, 704 Blanchard Rd, Fifty-Six AR, 72533.
