The purpose of this bid is to establish a price for furnishing and applying Fiber-Reinforced, Bituminous-Membrane surface Treatment to County roads for the Ulster County Department of Public Works. The contractor will furnish all emulsion, fiber materials, equipment and labor to accomplish the anticipated work. The Ulster County Department of Public Works will schedule and coordinate the project with the Awarded vendor. Ulster County will supply and haul the aggregate material and provide traffic control. The actual roadways to be resurfaced will be determined by the Commissioner of Public Works.
