This Project Specific Request for Proposal (RFP) for Construction Management Services is open to all interested firms to provide comprehensive construction management services throughout preconstruction, construction, and post construction phases. Participation in the first round of RFQ/RFP is not a prerequisite to submit an RFP response in this round. This round is open to all qualified firms. Questions must be in writing and directed to Chris Parsons at parsonsc5@michigan.gov All inquiries must be submitted no later than 2:00 p.m. EASTERN time on 01/19/23. Questions will be responded to in writing and posted via addenda on SIGMA. Include a signed Acknowledgement of any Addenda as part of your proposal response.
