The Knox County Housing Authority is now conducting competitive solicitations on an internet-based system. This solicitation is listed under the following "Main Service Category" within the Housing Agency Marketplace: "Construction and Rehabilitation Services." Proposals are desired for a single, lump sum General Construction contract which shall include all work related to the following: Replacement of roofing at Moon Towers and the neighboring Central Office Cost Center, replacement of three playgrounds at the family developments, replacement of a pavilion at Bluebell Tower, site drainage correction at Cedar Creek, and renovation of two (2) two-bedroom units at Whispering Hollow.
