Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Herculaneum, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a 8,000-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; parking garage; for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility; and parking garage.
The City of Herculaneum is inviting potential general construction bidders to submit an offer under seal to the City of Herculaneum. The project is a new, onestory Storage Shed and Vehicle Parking Bay; +/- 8,000 square feet; at Riverview Plaza; Herculaneum. Bidders shall submit bid security with their proposal. See Bid Documents for details and other requirements and conditions. Offers shall be submitted on the Bid Form provided. Bidders may supplement this form as appropriate. Offers shall be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 45 days. The work shall be carried out pursuant to Missouri Department of Labor's annual Wage Order #29 for Jefferson County. The City of Herculaneum reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
