We are specifically needing Trane units because our current system is a Trane system, and it includes an energy management software system. We need the new units to be compatible with our current management software system. Remove Unit #2. Furnish and install new Trane 7.5-ton roof top gas package unit. [Unit #2] Remove Unit #3 Furnish and install new Trane 15-ton roof top gas package unit. [Unit #3] Startup with BACNET energy management system. Provide crane. Provide proof of insurance. Provide permits. Provide 1-year parts warranty. Provide 5- year compressor warranty. Any roof damage to be repaired by contractor. Scope of work to be provided by contactor.
