Saving Project...

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Marion, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 7,656-square-foot educational facility.

Project consists of approximately 7,656 sq. ft. total of interior alterations comprising of a Phase I alteration of 3,468 sq. ft. on the ground floor with a Phase II alteration of 4,188 sq. ft. on the second floor to immediate follow but not overlap. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time. Refer to Section 006010 "Supplementary General Conditions of the Contract for Construction." Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder Printed Procurement and Contracting Documents: Obtain after December 20, 2022, by contacting Accent Imaging, Inc.; 828-322-5050 or CADCopy & Supply, LLC; 704-487-8815.
