JAXPORT requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from Construction Managers interested in providing Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for Terminal Development for Set JAXPORT will request proposers provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services during the design and construction of the Southeast Toyota - Blount Island Automotive Distribution Facility. The CMAR will provide pre-construction phase services such as constructability reviews, construction phase sequencing, coordination, alternatives evaluations, cost estimating and cost control (value engineering) services, project schedule development, and preparation and submission of a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) proposal for construction phase services. Submission of a SOQ does not guarantee your company will receive a contract from JAXPORT, nor does it imply that your company has any type of procurement/contractual relationship with JAXPORT now or in the future.
