Renovation of an educational facility in Wilmot, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 10,000-square-foot educational facility.
Job Description: Replace/Repair approximately 10,000 sq. feet of roof. Bidder agrees to furnish all labor and materials to remove and dispose of existing rock and/or rubber roofing and inspect and replace any wet or deteriorated roof insulation. Install one layer or !" high density coverboard, followed by a 80 mil or greater adhered rubber-roofing system. Install new prefinished metal drip edge on all perimeters. All work to be done in accordance with manufacturers specifications with a manufacturer warranty of 30 years and shall be complete. Please include a board foot price for replacement of wet or damaged insulation. Square footage measurement is approximate, and all interested contractors will need to visit the site to assure accurate measurements, and scope of work needed. Please bid both as a complete project and per unit. All work is required to be begin after July 1st, 2023 and completed on or before August 4th, 2023. Liquidated damages of $200/day may be assessed. Wilmot School District reserves the right to reject any/all bids and to waive any irregularities therein.
