Casa Bianca Road Resurfacing Construction Project FINANCIAL PROJECT ID446576-1-54-01 The Jefferson County Board of County Commissioners ("County") is seeking bids from qualified contractors and construction firms to resurface Casa Bianca Road from CR 259 (Waukeenah Highway) to CR 158 (Old Lloyd Road). The Project consists of resurfacing Casa Bianca Road from CR 259 (Waukeenah Highway) to CR 158 (Old Lloyd Road), approximately 2.4 miles in length. In addition, drainage improvements will be constructed along with replacement of striping and signage.
