By 5:00 pm the next business day following bid-opening, the apparent 3 lowest bidders shall upload a completed Project Workforce Checklist for all named subcontractors into the Department's Electronic Bidding System (iCX). 3. Within 10 days of bid-opening, the apparent low bidder shall submit a Request for Waiver form, provided by the Department, for the prime Contractor and all named subcontractors. All supporting documentation for waivers, shall be submitted with the Request for Waiver form.
