A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Parking and Security Fence Project All hard copy proposals shall be directed to the attention of The Clarke County Board of Supervisors with the outside of the envelope marked "CCBS-104-22-B Bid Proposal Parking and Security Fence Project". Contractor shall indicate certificate of responsibility number on the outside of the envelope. Online bids shall be accepted and opened as instructed on the website. Basis of Award: The award, if made, will be to the lowest and best qualified bidder. The Board intends to accept the lowest and best bid and reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids. Total Contract Time as Advertised: 60 Working Days The Board of Supervisors hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that, in any contract entered pursuant to this advertisement, minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. Certified Check or Bid Bond for five percent (5%) of total bid payable to Clarke County must accompany each proposal. Bidders are hereby notified that any proposal accompanied by letter qualifying in any manner the condition under which the proposal is tendered will be considered an irregular bid, and such proposals will not be considered in making the award.
