Scope of Work: The work is for the construction of the new Lift Station No. 5 and the decommissioning of the existing lift station as outlined in the bid documents Qualification Requirements: Current licensed General Contractor in the State of Florida with experience in generator and site construction of similar nature and with at least three (3) successfully completed projects in the last five (5) years. Liquidated Damages will be assessed at $1,000.00 per day. The contract time for this project is a total of 180 calendar days from Notice to Proceed to reach Substantial Completion.
