Contract of Supply for HVAC Maintenance ADC/MDC/Huttl The contract will be awarded to the Vendor with the lowest overall price that meets all tender requirements. The Province of New Brunswick is now using Direct Deposit as the standard method of issuing payments. Suppliers are required to provide bank account information and an email address for the notice of remittance. Please send the completed Direct Deposit Form to Service New Brunswick (e-mail address and mailing address are indicated on the form). Contract period: Three (3) Years with additional 2 optional renewal year, Which will not exceed a total contract length of five (5) years, upon mutual agreement of both parties. Option years may be renewed in one (1) year increments or in multi-year increments up to two (2) years in total.
