The Rhodes Tower renewal project aims to extend the life of the chilled water plant underground piping. To increase system reliability and prevent major disruption to campus due to lack of cooling, this project will replace the most critical sections of underground piping. This project will also replace isolation valves to avoid future shutdowns and campus disruption. The selected Construction Manager at Risk (“CM”), as a portion of its required Scope of Services and prior to submitting its proposal, will discuss and clarify with the Contracting Authority and/or Owner, the breakdown of the Agreement detailed cost components, to address the Owner’s project requirements and refine the project schedule.
