SCOPE OF WORK: Construct approximately 1100 LF of 8-inch Ductile Iron water main and appurtenances within the City of Lake Oswego and ODOT right of way. COMPLETION: Project Substantial Completion shall be 75 days from NTP, and Project Final Completion shall be 30 days after Substantial Completion. Because the Citys estimate of the contract value is $100,000 or greater, Bidders must submit a First Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form, provided in the Bid Documents, to the City no later than 4:30 p.m. local time on the date for the receipt of Bids. The First Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form shall be submitted electronically to the same email address as the Bid, with the subject line: FIRST TIER DISCLOSURE- WO 315 Water Rehabilitation Project - North Anchor.
