The City is seeking to identify qualified firms to submit Statements for Architect/Engineering Services related to the design and construction of a new City Center. The City is seeking to identify qualified firms to submit Statements for Architect/Engineering Services related to the design and construction of a new City Center (including a City Hall and Library in the same building) and the minor remodel of the existing City Hall. Lehi City has retained the services of Navigate CM & Development for project management services. A needs assessment was performed by Navigate, Dallas Nelson Architecture, and Core Architecture. Navigate CM & Development will remain as the project manager through the design and construction phases and as such will act as the owner's representative and primary point of contact for communication related to the project. The City intends to use a CMGC delivery approach and will be separately engaging a CMGC to be involved by the beginning of the Design Development Phase. The A/E Team will be responsible for designing the Lehi City Hall and Library and remodeling the existing City Hall to the approved program provided by Lehi City and as shown in Attachment B "Space Program" and Attachment C "Project Definition." The Architect will be responsible for, but not limited to the following: Schematic Design in accordance with Attachment A "SD & DD Guidelines" Design Development in accordance with Attachment A "SD & DD Guidelines" Construction Documents Coordination with Authorities having jurisdiction for site approvals and permitting Support and evaluation of the bidding process Construction Administration Interior Design Landscape and Civil Design Conduct regularly scheduled meetings Submittals for review at the following milestones: o Schematic Design o Design Development o 50% Construction Documents o 80% Construction Documents The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
