This Invitation to Tender consists of the supply and delivery of Carpet tile and Luxury Vinyl Tile. Product must be received by March 20, 2023 or order may be cancelled. Contract will be awarded to the lowest compliant bid which meets the requirements detailed within the attached Specifications for Items 1, 2 & 3 of the tender document. The vendor must bid on all items in order to be considered for award. Please note: Preference will be given to the variety of styles, patterns and colours submitted. Lowest bid may not necessarily be awarded a contract. Vendors should bid separate bids IF they want to provide separate options. Upon tender closing, the lowest compliant bidder will be contacted to provide material samples for review and approval. If samples provided are not deemed satisfactory, the bid will be disqualified. SNB reserves the right to request samples during the evaluation period, prior to award. All requested samples must be received within 5 calendar days of the request and at the expense of the Bidder.
