Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Westminster, California. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

As part of the City's plan to attain fiscal sustainability, the City is exploring allowing a private firm to develop, construct, operate, and maintain two electronic billboards on City-owned property as a method to generate revenue. The billboards will help promote the City's community events and stimulate economic investment by attracting and supporting the local business community. All requests for clarifications, changes, exceptions, and deviations to the terms and conditions set forth in this RFP should be submitted in writing to Ryan Salz at RSalz@Westminster-CA.gov. The final day for the receipt of questions shall be before 5:00 PM on January 5, 2023 and will be answered and posted to portal by 5:00 PM on January 9, 2023. Notice to Proceed / Service Contract Begins / Kick-Off Meeting February 27, 2023 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
