Government Bonds, or a Satisfactory Bid Bond Executed by the Bidder and Acceptable Sureties in Amount Equal to Five (5) Percent of the Bid Shall Be Submitted With Each Bid. Nmhc Iii Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informality, Irregularity, or Defect in Any Proposal, and to Reject Any/or All Proposals Should It Be Deemed in the Best Interest of Nmhc Iii to Do So.
