This is a Request for Proposals to provide a comprehensive management proposal of the City of Barlow's Public Works Department. The proposal shall contain information concerning the management of the City's Water and Wastewater Systems, along with streets and mowing responsibilities. Interested parties shall have at a minimum of ten years' experience, as well as Class II Wastewater Treatment, Class II Wastewater Collection, and Class II Water Treatment Licenses. The City of Barlow will enter negotiations for a contract with the responsible offer or whose proposal is determined to be the most advantageous to the City. The City of Barlow reserves the right to reject any and all responses and to waive any technicalities. Qualified Minority, Female, and Disadvantaged businesses are encouraged to reply.
