The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for all transportation, equipment, fuel, labor, tools, supplies, material, all applicable taxes and all else necessary for sidewalk repairs at the Sibley State Park Contact Office, New London, MN. Failure to respond to latest event version may result in bid rejection. Project Location: Sibley State Park, 800 Sibley Park Rd, New London, MN 56273 Please be aware that there are attachments to this event. The vendor is responsible for reviewing all attachments and complying with all requirements to this Event. DNR will be the determining factor if vendor meets specifications. All questions should be directed to the buyer listed in this event. Unit price must include all costs such as labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, sales tax, use tax and all else necessary for completion of the project. Direct Pay Permit 1114 does not apply to this project. Award--Item, Group, and Total: Responses that do not comply with the solicitation will be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected. The award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting the specifications and all terms and conditions. The State reserves the right to award items separately, by grouping items, or by total, whichever is deemed most advantageous to the State. The work covered under this solicitation shall consist of the labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary for sidewalk repairs at the Sibley State Park Contact Office o Saw cut existing concrete pavement and curb as needed. o Removal of existing concrete and disposal. o Dowel in #3 rebar into existing concrete to bond the old and new concrete together. o Place 2(two) #4 rebar in the ribbon area and #3 rebar at 18" o.c. in the walk and approach areas. o Place, screed, and finish with a broomed finish natural gray 4500 psi concrete with grooved control joints. o Install expansion joint along the existing curb area prior to placing concrete. o Form removal and clean up. *All lawn or landscape repairs are not included in this project. The project shall be substantially complete by May 15, 2023 Final Completion of the work shall be on or before June 20, 2023
