A bid tabulation or other bid result will be furnished to those that bid the project. Project specifications, bid forms, contractors qualification statement have been issued and shall be used to be a qualified bid. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. There are Davis-Bacon prevailing wage components with this contract. The CDA hereby notifies all bidders that in regard to any Contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (D.M.E.) will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and / or proposals and will not be subjected to discrimination on the basis of race, color, sex, age, religion, or national origin.
