Sealed bids will be received for the purchase and delivery of one (1) new Model DM-T20 Dimminutor or approved equivalent for the Borough of Totowa Riverview Pump Station. The bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a Certified Check, Bid Bond or Cashiers Check for not less than 10% of the total bid amount, but not in excess of $20,000.00. This contract is subject to the provisions of the New Jersey Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1, et seq. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C 17:27-1 et seq.
