For ARPA Boise Riverbank Stabilization Project 2023 Questions Due Date: Jan 3rd 2023, 4:00 PM MST The Work to be included in the Construction Contract is generally described as: providing all materials and labor for the stabilization of the Boise Riverbank and for erosion control measures, all as more specifically detailed in the Project manual specifications and drawings (the "Project"). This Project is being funded by federal monies available to the County through the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021. Specifically, the Project is being supported, in whole or in part, by federal award number SLFRP3408 awarded to Ada County, Idaho by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. The Board of Ada County Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. This project is being supported, in whole or in part, by federal award number SLFRP3408 awarded to Ada County, Idaho by the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
