As per the Owner Aqua Aerobic Systems, Inc, Loves Park IL was awarded this. The City of Gallup has transitioned to a new e-Bid/RFP software system powered by Mercell. All solicitations will be released electronically through Mercell and responses from bidders must be submitted electronically through this online platform. By using Mercell, prospective bidders will be provided with all information regarding a bid including addendums and changes to the project requirements. Mercell is a completely free service for all respondents The City of Gallup is seeking proposals for upgrade of the PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and Interface for existing two (2) filters at their Wastewater Treatment Plant in Gallup, NM located at 800 Sweetwater Road. Plant is managed and operated by CH2M Hill and will therefore work in conjunction with owner and plant operator in completing successful installation/completion of the following services. Upgrade of PLC and Operator Interface on existing two (2) Aqua Disk filter systems to include all necessary parts, supplies, equipment and media filters Provide upgrade documentation (Operation & Maintenance Manuals in English language and in electronic format. Installation and labor of all parts and equipment necessary to provide upgrade Freight of all parts, equipment to jobsite, FOB: Destination Travel, lodging, food and or per diem expenses necessary for upgrade period Test all functions upon completion to ensure successful upgrade Disposal of existing controls equipment
