Date Of Completion Plans/specs Deposit Liquidated Damages One Year $50.00 $200.00 Per Day Work includes furnishing all materials, (except those furnished under any other contracts noted hereinafter) and doing all labor and work necessary to complete said work. Full refund for one copy will be made to a bidder for the particular contract if such plans, specifications, and other documents are returned in good condition within 30 days after award of contract or rejection of bids. No refund of the plan deposit will be made to anyone who fails to submit a bid. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a certified check or equivalent bank draft payable to the order of The City of White Plains in the amount specified hereinafter. No bid shall be received or considered after the time stated hereinafter. The City of White Plains reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bids, or to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 45 days after the date bids are publicly opened.
