For Ground Storage Tank, ARPA Project The City of Hallsville, Texas will receive bids for 500,000 gallon ground storage tank, ARPA Project The project will consist of constructing one 500,000-gallon ground storage tank, related work, and appurtenances. A bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid. A certified check or bank draft payable to the City of Hallsville, Texas, or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (as par value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. The project to be constructed will be financed with assistance from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) program funded through the U.S. Department of the Treasury and is subject to all applicable Federal and State laws and regulations.
