Renovation of a library in Portland, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a three-story above grade library.
The Multnomah County Central Library Tenant Improvement. This renovation extends from the basement through the first floor, second floor, and third floor of the library. Plans call for rehabilitating the balustrade at the perimeter of the property as well as improving site landscaping, drainage, and security at the street frontage. As of December 12, 2025, an architect and a general contractor have been awarded, and a building permit has been issued. A firm construction timeline has not been identified.
