Suppliers for the Comal ISD Hill Country College Prep High School Bid Package 1 - Chillers/AHUs/ Switchgear. Project consists of a new College Prep High School Facility. The scope of Package 1 includes the purchase only of chillers, air handling units and main switchgear. Proposals are to be inclusive of materials delivered to site with no installation costs included. Comal Independent School District intends to construct a new Hill Country College Prep High School facility. The project will consist of a new building to include administrative office space, classroom spaces, physical education spaces, cafeteria/kitchen spaces, a library space, and associated mechanical, plumbing, electrical work and site improvements. The Bid packages herein are presented for proposal in order to procure this equipment and receive delivery of same in a manner not to hinder the project schedule. Bid Packages include the Main Switchboard, Chillers, and Air Handling Units. Proposals are to be provided for purchase of materials and delivery of materials only - no installation included. All other scopes of work required for the project will be solicited at a later date. Refer to the Project Manual and Drawings for a complete description of the work for this project.
