The City of Yakima seeks to hire an Engineering firm with expertise related to wastewater collections system planning, design, and construction for engineering services in support of the City of Yakima wastewater collections system. The work will be performed as defined with a professional services contract. It is anticipated that this work will begin on March 1, 2023 and end on December 31, 2025. Major elements of work include, but are not limited to: Engineer, Design, and assist in putting out to bid approximately 1 to 2 sewer rehabilitation projects per calendar year. Projects will be CIPP, Manhole additions, and reconstruction of existing lines not functioning properly. Engineering and Construction Administration support during construction and other related tasks. Attendance at meetings onsite with staff and other consultants as needed. Work with wastewater staff from various departments clearly communicating concepts and ideas throughout the process. The chosen Consultant will demonstrate that they have personnel available to perform this work that have significant experience with similar projects.
