Site work and renovation of a swimming pool in Boucherville, Quebec. Design plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool; and for site work for a swimming pool.
Upgrades and repairs to the City Aquatic Complex facilities. The scope of the project includes a renovation of the outdoor swimming pool and its expansion to double it in size. The pool length will be increased from 25 to 50 meters and it be heated with a geothermal system. The scope of the project also includes repairs to the Complex building. TIMELINE: The project is preliminary and is included in the City 2025-2027 Three-Year Capital Expenditure Program. The owner has modified the project budget and scope based on the project feasibility study submitted by the awarded architectural professional consultant. Construction start is anticipated in 2025-2026.
