Site work for a water / sewer project in Collierville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project will consist of the design and installation of approximately 1700 feet of 8” watermain and the reworking of two (2) 6" sewer service lines with multiple residential sewer connections, and a 4" sewer service line with two (2) residential sewer connection that run under an addition built on to the home located at 345 Burrows Rd. The design will take place in FY 2024-2025 and construction in FY 2025-2026. As of October 28, 2024, this project has been awarded to a design phase and construction is underway. General contractor information has not been determined. This project is included in the Town of Collierville's Fiscal Years 2025-2029 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
