The Tarrant Regional Water District is seeking bids from qualified contractors to establish an Agreement for the removal, disposal, and recycling of garbage for District facilities in accordance with the descriptions and specifications listed in this solicitation. The deadline to ask questions is 1/04/2023 4:30 PM CST Issuance of Notice to Proceed 3/8/2023 Prospective bidders must register with the Procurement Website as a plan holder, even if bidding documents are obtained from a plan room or other site. All official notifications, addenda and other documents will be offered only through the Procurement Website. Bid forms obtained from any source other than the District may be incomplete and bidders risk not receiving necessary addenda, or other required documents causing bid to be considered non-responsive, and eliminating the bid from award. The District will not be responsible for the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the final bid documents obtained from other sources. Questions are to be submitted using the Question and Answer process on the Procurement Website. Response to questions posted on the Procurement Website will be posted on the website by the District for the benefit of all Offerors. A response will be provided for questions submitted by the end of day on January 4, 2023.
