The City of Methuen and Methuen Public Schools is seeking bids for On-Call HVAC & Boiler Services. All bids must be made out in One original in an envelope plainly marked "On-Call HVAC & Boiler Services", addressed to the City of Methuen, Clerk's Office, 41 Pleasant St, Room 112 Methuen, MA 01844, and endorsed with the name, address and phone number of bidder. No Bid will be considered which is not accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid, payable to the "City of Methuen". This bid deposit will become the property of the City if the successful bidder fails to execute the contract. Bids filled out and left with the deposit as above directed, and no other, will at the above-named hour and place, be publicly opened and read aloud on the 3rd fl. In the Great Hall @ Methuen City Hall, 41 Pleasant St, Methuen, MA The City of Methuen reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding if it is deeded to be in the best interest for the City to do so. No Bid may be withdrawn within thirty (30) days, Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays excluded, after the opening of bids. The bidding and award of this Contract will be under the provisions of M.G. L. Chapter 149
