Remove and land apply 4,840 cubic yards of biosolids and reeds, remove and replace 1,344 cubic yards of drainage aggregate and complete soil and biosolids testing and required reports as well as complete percolation testing on the existing reeds beds in order to prepare them for planting of reeds by others, and other such work as may be incidental to REEDS BED REHA-BILITATION & REPLACEMENT. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids; and to waive irregularities or informalities to accept the BID it deems most beneficial. Bid Bonds, and Performance/Payment Bonds are not required. ARPA funding will be utilized for this project.
