The commissioners court of lamar county will receive bids for the purchase of white and red flexbase, red gravel, lime rock, rock-washed, crushed concrete, and cement powder. Bids should include cost of materials at the plant site. It should also include separately, the cost of materials delivered to each precinct's barns. Cost of materials should be price per ton or per yard. Precinct #1 is located in pattonville, texas precinct #2 is located in roxton, texas precinct #3 is located in sumner, texas precinct #4 is located in faught, texas the contract period will begin january 9, 2023, and end december 31, 2023. Commissioner's court reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor technicalities.
