Paving and renovation of a water / sewer project in Orange, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
It is the intent and purpose of these contract documents to provide for improvements to the existing Meeks Drive Water Plant. This contract shall provide for the necessary labor, equipment, tools, materials, electrical, controls, and all other related construction for the proposed project. Also refer to the Summary of Electrical Scope of Work.Construct a new 500,000 gallon AWWA prestressed concrete ground storage tank, piping, valves, fittings, level indicators, hydrostatic testing, shell manways, roof access hatch, roof vents, ladders, all related appurtenances, connections to the influent and discharge lines, and all testing. Provide disinfection of the ground storage tank prior to placing the tank in service. Disinfection shall be as per the latest version AWWA C652. Coordinate with the Owner initial filling and testing of the tank, all in accordance with the plans and specifications QA Expiration Date has changed from 1/3/2023 5:00:00 PM CST to 1/16/2023 5:00:00 PM CST.
