Custodial Services at Oxnard Utility Locations. This proposed Scope of Work describes the services to be performed by a successful vendor for the City of Oxnard Public Works Departments. The City reserves the right to adjust the cleaning schedule or request additional cleanings to City locations as necessary. When additional cleanings are requested, the vendor may charge the City at the agreed upon hourly rate for work performed. The City may request an urgent cleaning where the vendor is expected to be on site within four (4) hours of notification, or non-urgent where the vendor and project manager can schedule the work as needed and more than four (4) hour notice is provided. The anticipated period of performance shall be for three (3) years, with each year renewable in one (1) year increments. This annual renewal shall be based on mutually acceptable services, cost adjustments, and City requirements. Updated annual pricing shall be submitted to the City in writing four (4) months prior to the annual renewal date. Price increases shall not exceed the Consumer Price Index for all Urban Consumers (CPI-U) for Los Angeles from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics based on 12-month CPI-U for an agreed upon month between the City and Vendor.
