Deck Replacement @ James Thomas Apartments Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate General Bid Deadline 1/25/23 Time 10:30 A.M. Selective Structural repairs of existing deck framing. Removal of existing wood decking, wood stair assembly and metal guardrail. Installation of composite decking, wood stair assembly with composite treads and risers, metal pipe railing and installation of aluminum reinforced vinyl guardrail systems. Also, the removal of existing metal air conditioning sleeve inserts and wall infill to match existing adjacent wall assembly. This project is funded through HUD and requires current Davis Bacon Wage Rates to be utilized. The work is estimated to cost $433,751.00. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be forwarded to jbitner@rgb.net by 01/12/2023 at 3:00PM EST for filed sub-bids and by 01/19/2023 at 3:00PM EST for general bids. 2. All Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the Specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. B. In addition, the Work under the Contract includes: 1. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 2. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside the Project Site. 3. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities
