Barnstable County on behalf of the Towns in the County requests bids from qualified contractors for Road Resurfacing Specific Projects Project Description/Scope of Work Bidders are to submit responses based upon the item specifications as outlined within "Special Provisions" All pricing should be inclusive all cost associated with providing services as specified. ALL BIDS FOR THIS PROJECT ARE SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS OF MASS. GENERAL LAW CHAPTER 149 SECTION 44A-44J AS AMENDED. The General Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, environmental notifications and permits, transportation and equipment required. Questions Due Date: Jan 11th 2023, 5:00 PM EST Questions will be submitted electronically. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Official lists of prequalified contractors will be available on Bonfire as they are sent by MassDOT.
