Renovation of a municipal facility in Bland, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Replacement of garage doors at the Big Walker Mountain Tunnel. Any questions regarding this Quick Quote shall be addressed to Chelsa Taylor, at chelsa.taylor@vdot.virginia.gov. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools, parts, materials, supplies, accessories and incidentals necessary to remove existing doors, furnish and completely install two (2) Raynor DuraCoil Series IF doors, or equivalent. The doors shall be 13 ft wide by 13 ft high, commercial insulated steel garage doors, with custom powder coated finish, and shall include operators and accessories. The door shall be a Raynor DuraCoil Series IF, 13' x 13' insulated, rolling steel door or equivalent, with powder coated finish 22 gauge flat slat curtain with custom powder coated finish 24 gauge interior slat covers Polyurethane insulation (R-8) Three (3) sets of vision slots Minimum 3/16" thick steel angle guides Torsion type spring counterbalance system encased in a structural steel pipe 24 gauge hood to match door curtain finish Raynor ControlHoist Model CSH-211, or equivalent, jackshaft electric operator, 1/2HP, 115 volt single phase power bracket mounted in front of hood Self-monitored electric safety edge (Meets entrapment protection of UL325 effective 8/29/2010) One (1) 3-button wall control station (open, close and stop) Any switches and/or sensors shall be left on site
