Renovation of a municipal facility in Del Rio, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Award: Elvin Quioto Gutters Drop Down and Roof Extension NIGP Class-Items: 910-66, 913-19 1. Installation of gutters and downspouts a. New metal gutters and downspouts must be installed to all sides of the barn where there are currently no existing gutters. See Attachment 2, Photos 1, 2, and 4 of the barn where new gutters and downspouts are needed. 2. Installation of new drop downs a. Contractor must remove and dispose of existing drop downs. b. New six (6) foot drop downs must be installed on all side walls of the barn. See Attachment 2, Photos 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 for areas of the barn where drop downs are needed. 3. Carport roof extension a. The roof of the existing carport must be extended past the existing overhead door using the same material, height, width, and slope of current roof. See Attachment 2, Photo 4 for the area where the roof extension is needed. b. Roof extension must tie into the current frame of the carport. c. Gutters, downspouts, and six (6) foot drop downs must also be added to the new extension as well as the existing carport. Contractor must supply all labor, materials, and cost for installing, removing, and disposing of materials for the Project. Contractor must obtain all required permits needed to complete the work.
