There will be 3 separate bids. There can be potentially 3 separate successful bidders, based on low bid for each project. It is not required to bid on all 3 projects to be considered the lowest responsible bidder on any one project. The Boaz Housing Authority will receive bids for 3 separate projects: 1. Kitchen cabinets & sinks, range hoods, gas water heaters and stainless-steel wall panel at stoves at AMP 20 (Mt Vernon Homes) AL 75-2 & 75-3. 2. Windows, screens & blinds, storm doors, interior doors, and bathroom renovations at AMP 30 (Mt. Vernon Homes) AL 75-4 & 75-7. 3. Interior doors, bath renovations, new water heaters, range hoods and cleanouts at AL 82-02 (Crossville) Work covered by Contract Documents for Interior doors, bath renovations, new water heaters and range hoods for project Al 82-02 (Crossville) for the Crossville Housing Authority, Crossville, Alabama. A Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to the Boaz Housing Authority, Boaz, Alabama, in an amount not less that five (5) percent of the amount of the bid, but in no event to exceed $10,000, must accompany the bidder's proposal. Performance and Statutory Labor and Materials Bond will be required at the signing of the contract. Bids must be submitted on proposal forms furnished by the Architect or copies thereof. Contractors must be licensed under the provisions of Title 34, Chapter 8, Code of Alabama 1975, and must show evidence of license before bidding or bid will not be received or considered by the Architect. Contractor must display his or here current license number on the outside of the sealed envelope. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technical error if, in the Owner's judgment, the best interest of the Owner will thereby be promoted. *Other sets for general contractors and sets for subcontractors and dealers may be obtained with the same deposit, which will be refunded as above, less cost of printing and cost ofshipping.
