Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Prosser, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a clubhouse / community center; for site work for a clubhouse / community center; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Benton County is requesting Statements of Qualifications from professional consulting firms with expertise in architectural/engineer design to provide design services for a new Event Center building and the redesign of the main entrance and parking lot at the Benton County Fairgrounds/Event Center. Fairgrounds/Event Center. Proposals received after the time and date specified above will not be considered. Due to issues inherent to emailing attachments and firewall safeguards, it is highly recommended that you request a message read receipt for your submittal and/or contact the Purchasing Department at 509- 737-3943 to confirm receipt of your proposal. The County will not be responsible for submittals that are not received due to issues with email transmittal or the firewall. All questions and inquiries shall be in writing and sent to Robert Blain via email at: procurement@co.benton.wa.us A Questions and Answers (Q&A) document will be posted on the Countys website to ensure that all proposers simultaneously have access to the information. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
